By accessing or using Respondoria's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part, you may not access our services.
Respondoria provides email infrastructure services including domain rotation, AI warmup networks, and deliverability optimization. We are not responsible for email content or recipient responses.
You are responsible for maintaining account security, complying with all applicable laws (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.), and ensuring your email campaigns follow our acceptable use policy.
Spam, phishing, fraud, harassment, illegal content, or any activity that violates third-party rights is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to suspend accounts violating these terms.
We guarantee 99.9% uptime for our core infrastructure. Credits are available for downtime exceeding this SLA. See our SLA documentation for details.
We may terminate or suspend access immediately for violations. You may terminate at any time. Certain provisions survive termination, including ownership and liability limitations.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Respondoria shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
All rights, title, and interest in our platform, including software, trademarks, and documentation, remain our exclusive property.
These terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
